  MR. TING Yen Hock
  EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Mr Ting Yen Hock is the Executive Chairman of Kino Biotech involved in developing and steering the corporate directions and business strategies of the Group. He is also responsible for the public affairs and relations, and communication with the regulatory bodies.

Communicator, decision maker, leader & manager, he allies both the board members and company employees to work as a team. Applying business acumen and strategic vision, Mr Ting leads the Company and improves its competitive standing.

From 2002 to 2008, he was the Chief Executive Officer of TR Networks Limited. a company listed on The Singapore Stock Exchange. He started his career as a banker with The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, based in Hong Kong and Singapore. His past experience also involved property development in Singapore and Golf Club development and management in China.

Mr Ting graduated from the University of Oregon, USA, with a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Computer Information Science and Finance





  MR. CHONG Ka Wee
  CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

As the CEO of Kino Biotech, Kawee Chong is responsible for running all facets of the business. Kawee has a proven executive management track record and over 12 years of experience driving sales growth in the health and beauty industry.

Prior to joining Kino Biotech, Kawee was Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of International Sales and Sourcing for TR Networks Limited, a company listed on The Singapore Stock Exchange in 2002 responsible for the financial management and reporting functions of the Group and all global sales and sourcing activities. At TR Networks he led the transformation into an enterprise-focused company while growing sales 40% year over year.

Previously, he served as General Manager of Direct Response Television where he was involved in its business operations, including marketing, merchandising, product sourcing and procurement,  production of infomercial,  liaising with suppliers and manufacturers,  and expanding the distribution channels for Direct Response Television's products.

He graduated with a BS degree in Accountancy at the Southern IIIinois Unversity at Carbondale, USA. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the USA and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Singapore.





  MR. TAY Beng Chuan
  INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Mr Tay Beng Chuan is the Chairman and Managing Director of Premium Funding Singapore Pte Ltd and Managing Director of Winnow Investments Pte Ltd, Ocean Navigation Pte Ltd and Alor Star Shipping Pte Ltd. He is also currently an Independent Director of United Envirotech Limited, a company listed on The Singapore Exchange. He was a Nominated Member of Parliament of Singapore from 1997 to 2001 and since then has been a Member of the Singapore Parliamentary Society.

Mr Tay is involved in numerous professional associations and community groups. He was the President of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) from 1997 to 2001 and is now the Honorary President of the said Chamber. He was a member of the National Heritage Board and the Steering Committee of SME21 Vision Blueprint between 1997 and 2001 and also a member of the Board of Trustees and Skill Training Committee of the Chinese Development Assistance Council from 1998 to 2004. Mr Tay is appointed by The Minister of Health as The Chairman of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board with effect from 7 February 2007. He is also a Member of the Board of Governors of Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan, Vice-Chairman of the Tan Kah Kee Foundation, an Honorary President of the Singapore Buddhist Lodge as well as a Member of its Board of Trustees, and the Honorary President and Advisor of Yuying Secondary School Alumni. Mr Tay holds a Diploma of Commerce from Gordon Technical Institution, Geelong (Victoria), Australia.





  DR. SOH Chee Seng,Ph.D.
  INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Dr Soh Chee Seng is Technical Consultant on Trade Finance issues to several financial institutions in the region. He is also the Managing Partner of DCTrade Consultants. From 1997 to 2001, he was the Vice President and Head of Trade Services of Overseas Union Bank, Singapore. From 1996 to 1997, he was the Vice President and Head of International Trade Services and Remittances of Chung Khiaw Bank, Malaysia.

Dr Soh is also involved in a number of professional associations. He is Singapore representative to the Commission of Banking Techniques and Practices of the International Chamber of Commerce, a member of the task force on International Standard Banking Practice for the Examination of Documents, a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Documentary Credits World and a member of the advisory board of @GlobalTrade Corp. He is also an associate director of the Institute of International Banking Law and Practice, Inc, USA.

  MR. Steven LIU
  DIRECTOR

Mr. Liu has served as executive vice president spokesman and director of the Pan International Electronics Co., Ltd., and part-time lecturer of Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Currently he is the supervisor of Mapower Electronics co., Ltd.

Mr. Liu, well-disciplined from the Technology electronics background, travels extensively to countries around the world. The ability to detect new business trends and growth pulses in the industry, he is one of the first mover of the foodservice market in Taiwan. He led American restaurant, HOOTERS, into Taiwan. With a strong business acumen, and many years of experience in management leadership, Mr. Liu currently focuses on the restaurant business and has more than 10 chain restaurants, including Huyuan Shanghai Dumpling, HOOTERS and Kowloon Tong.
